    I would say not.

    At the AGM, 3.46 million options expiring on 14 December 2010 were approved for issue to Cornell Capital Partners (in repect of the convertible loan facility), but these are at an exercise price of $4.5805. The options issue announced today has an exercise price of $3.4953 and were issued on the day before the AGM.
