I checked back through the "Appendix B" announcements and the 3.46 million options with an exercise price of $4.5805 that were approved at last weeks AGM, were actually issued on 21 December 2007 ... refer announcement 20/Dec/2007. So I presume shareholder approval for the issue of options announced today will probably be sort at the next general meeting of Compass. In other words, shareholder approval is considered a formality.
