    Seriously people, 201 million shares to be issued under the second conditional placement on 3 December 2010.

    I bet my house that the shares will be sitting at or below 25 cents this time next year if this raising goes ahead.

    This share price will go nowhere if the cap raising succeeds.

    Vote "no" at the EGM.

    The real value for shareholders is in winding this company up and not letting the institutions reap all the rewards.
