gxy 100000 at average 20 cents
gmm 100000 at 40 cents
after merger average price between the two.
I just want to make sure I end up doing it right. Thanks in advance.


OK... so you want average of entire GXY holdings after merge...

100,000 GXY @ 20c = $20,000

GMM 100,000 @ 40c = $40,000

GMM -> GXY (100,000*1.65) = 165,000 @ don't care = $40,000 (still)


total shares = 100,000 + 165,000 = 265,000 GXY shares
total cost = $20,000 + $40,000 = $60,000

average = $60,000 / 265,000 =22.64c per share (which ... seems reasonable)
