It's all in the semantics between 'issued' and 'listed'. At the moment they are issued but not listed. If you wanted to transfer some to another account, a friend, your spouse etc then I'm sure you could arrange it through the registry. If you want to sell it on disallowed then that is not possible until they are listed. If you wanted to exercise them then I'm sure the company would take your money, it might take them a while to issue new shares to you though!
