Increasingly, underwriters seem to be getting options as part of the payment package when doing capital raisings. If they didn't get those, they would just be getting more cash from the proceedings, which would have more impact upon the company.

Personally, I don't care how many options of performance rights are given out, as long as the company is doing well. But these options to Pato's and CPS- they are just payment for services rendered. Successful capital raising, and they get paid- in whatever form.

Just a question- have these options been allotted already and we are just ratifying them, or are they yet to be allotted? Thanks to anyone who knows.
