Given the massive destruction of shareholder value and ongoing delays this issue of Performance Rights is insulting to shareholders.
I have no problem paying bonuses to employees when the company is doing well. There should be alignment between shareholders and staff. Alternatively if staff are putting in effort beyond that normally expected there can be an argument for bonuses.
What is this staff doing in the office all week? Where is the alignment with TSR?
I hope the REM report is voted down Again this year. I will certainly be voting against it and urge others to do the same.
