    I'm going to do some speculation of my own. I say the July 10 relisting was a ruse to garner plenty of Yes votes. Desperate people just happy to see it trade again without much thought about what each of the resolutions meant to their holdings.

    I suggest at the absolute best we won't trade until September (2020 perhaps?). Glad if I am wrong.
