    I will participate at some level.

    Both the rights issue and the overseas offer will most likely be under-subscribed as was the last. If under-subscribed progress towards commercialisation will be slowed. There may be a possibility of a placement with "cornerstone or strategic investors who could also help with product manufacturing &/or sales", time will tell on that front.

    The prospectus goes into more detail about the ramifications of the capital raising...
