You need to consider the shares were trading at an average of say $4.00 prior to EZL announcing their annual result and dividend, after which they shot higher. Bearing in mind the new issue is not entitled to the 30c div, that gives them a comparative value of $3.70 relative to the $3.30 issue price. This is probably reasonable i.e. any issue will always be priced lower than the market price to encourage people to take up issue.
I hold. EZL are really well positioned in the strong WA sector.
