issue price for the spp

Well the 2nd day of the VWAP monitoring period for the SPP is now over, and so far we've had 16.4 on the first day and 15.7 today. Across the 2 days so far we have a cumulative VWAP of 15.94, minus 10% as per the SPP docs and we get 14.35, and again as per the docs round down to the nearest cent means we are on track for a 14c issue.

For those looking to hold long term this can be seen as good news, as it means you'll get more shares for your money, 107,142 instead of 100,000 for those taking the $15k option. However if you are planning to sell them off straight away, obviously a much higher price would have been desirable.

The lower issue price also brings up questions of added dilution as well as increasing the chances of missing out due to oversubscription (though the latter could be offset by less people taking up the offer due to the lower price)

How do others see the final 3 days of the monitoring period playing out? Thoughts on the issue price and what sort of overall subscription rate we might see?
