I have given some thought to what TRP might do to get the share price back to, oh I don’t know, even 60% of IPO price.

Here is my brief list of suggestions to the directors:

1. Buy some stock. Yeah I know you already did but it was a pittance. Given the shares are now 25% below what you paid, and are close even to net cash backing, why aren’t you wading in with your ears pinned back?

2. Promote the company. A single boring announcement since IPO? Do better.

3. Announce to ASX, expressly, per share cash backing and EV. Compare that to IPO; compare it to peers / other companies that are starting Phase III.

4. Announce a buyback. Yes, seriously. Say you’ll buy back stock when you see value in doing so (after giving consideration to cash backing, total lack of debt, and EV). Say expressly that you intend to actively buy back stock if it falls below cash backing, and that that level is close. You don’t necessarily need to ever buy back a single share, but you should give TRP the flexibility to do so, and you should tell the market why.

5. Promote, and focus more heavily on, your ability to generate material income in the near term with your side hustle. Yeah yeah yeah Phase III approval is the big long game but does everyone know that you can earn some revenue very shortly through the cosmetic product? Likely no.
