Fellow minority shareholders, I invite your view on the latest of in the GNM charade.
So from what I can see Jindal is getting its shares for around $0.1 per share including the options. How can this be fair to existing shareholders.
Then they are offering non-associated shareholders 1 new share at $0.20 plus the same free option, but only for each four shares held. Doesn't seem right to me.
