    Let me explain something to you dapper (normerly I wouldn't dignify your post with a response knowing full well that you love to down ramp and see NAL die, but I'm in a generous mood today lol)

    It would do you great service to take the time to read announcements properly before making false posts and looking a little like a dill.

    The issue is fully underwritten to $3M, so in the event that nobody takes up their rights NAL still gets $3M from the underwriter.
