Strange that the 'insiders' on this stock never seem to know anything about these issues.
This issue suggests that TZL has a long way to go before it becomes the much talked about multi billion dollar company.
Despite the fact that the announcement begins 'Final Placement of Shares.',
the more circumspect might have noticed that the announcement reads '....and completes this round of capital raising'. That phrase suggests we will see more capital raising in the not too distant future.
