Wake up mate ... why are these issues scarey? Why do they hint at more to come? Well actually yes ... TZ is going to do a very big capital raising .. its called floating on NASDAQ!!! But hey those of us who are "believers" expect that the IPO price will be seriously higher than the current price.

My take on the recent "issues" is that they must have been necessary to facilitate deals that will set TZL up for the long-run with acquisitions, production facilities and happy underwriters, partners, and share holders. They are now well funded thru to NASDAQ and have also kept some important people happy in the process by giving them cheap shares. Well done TZL.
