spoke the the company the other day about the share offer at 12c.....

was told that they could only raise $3 million altogether...which works out to be 25 million shares at 12c each.

hence if the placement is oversubscribed we will get a pro-rata issue...ie we can get UP TO $5000 worth, but it is highly unlikely we will be able to get this much, given that every man and his dog on the register will apply.
