See 20 March 2019 announcement that every share allocated had one attached option at 5 cents (22M options - see last quarterly).
There have also been more shares and options issued last quarter - does anyone know the current shares and options on issue?
From the last quarterly too, there out-goings were the same as cash on hand so there is literally no cash left right now so there must be a cash injection needed to keep this going and also there will be more shares issued not only for fees but also for acquisitions as Geoff Lord tries to bolt together different companies to create a super entity.
Anyway, would be interested to hear some answers to the question above especially around shares/options on issue and no cash left.
