I have noticed an increasing number of new posters displaying copious facts both true and false regarding the history of Black Swan and all things positive about Horizons future, all have failed to talk about the increasing US$5 million convertible loan that has reached close to or more than A$10 million. This loan is convertible into 4.2 cent shares at the lenders discretion any time before maturity on 29 Nov 2035 resulting in way over 210 million shares added to the registry, just under 10% of SOI if that occurs.
I think it is time to start calling out these uprampers as we all know their plan. Upramp the share price and then they sell for the profits and short sell us down and repeat the upramping.
