If I HOLD 10m shares and sell them in the morning because I think the price will go down and buy them back at a cheaper price, am I also a scumbag short trader?
A stock is considered to be "Shorted" ( market definition) when a relentless campaign builds a significant RESIDUAL short position driving the price down. When the Shorter has driven the other holders to despair they will close out driving the price back up to repeat their next campaign.
THIS IS NOT HAPPENING AT HRZ. Dont make up sh#t.
