    Is it not true that all short sells under $100,000 and less than 0.01% of SOI don't require reporting to ASIC and thus no reporting to the market by the ASX?
    Is it therefor most likely short selling in HRZ securities happens all the time and it is under the radar?

    Perhaps I have misread the ASIC Regulatory Guide 196.
