I like your analysis antonello, clears a few things up for me. Although I do have one question, why do you conclude that the debt will be almost 100% converted into shares? If HRZ has the funds from upcoming gold sales why not pay the loan back when its due and avoid the share dilution.
If more funds are needed later on surely better terms/options would be available.
