The best way to get around would for HRZ to issue bonus shares 1:1 to current holders or even 2:1.
this will reduce the SP to one half or one third without affecting mc or SH value, sell gold pay back the CN, there is no risk of conversation as we have diluted the unfair lending conditions.
consolidation if required in the medium term to bring up the SP, just my thoughts for management. GLTAH
