It would halve their clout.But it would have to be done before they convert.Maybe the current Board should consider this loan in light of the considerable changes that have taken place since the deal was struck.And restructure the loan in light of them taking on the suggestion from Rthek.The Board should also suspend matters while negotiations were taking place.That is Nebari couldn't immediately move to convert.I would also be interested in the idea of getting a court to look at the deal in light of the changes .I'm not a commercial lawyer so that's just a layperson's view.
