"Now that RDS have money in the bank,it would be prudent to pay back QBE the money received to cover legal expense f.the Ailakis brothers.(apprx.$265,000)

This issue was raised at AGM in nov.2013 and Mr.Homsany was very evasive answering questions on this issue.He referred to legal advise given at the time of decision.Both Mr.Homsany and Mr.Ailakis are lawyers and should know that two wrongs do not make one right.
Management was also asked to seek reimbursements from
Mr.Rodney Ailakis,who was not covered by the QBE insurance,to the tune of 50 % of the above mentioned amount.
No action so far ??
The Ailakis's brothers interest in at least 3 of the funds
mentioned in earlier blogs,(apprx.25 mill shares)should be enough to cover the above amount if they do not want to pay back in cash."
