BIS have gone down this path before and won.... pretty sure I remember the same sorts of arguments from competitors at that time but it didn't amount to much. Australia not the only country with anti dumping policies. .. it is very widespread. You also have this overriding sentiment at the moment of protecting strategic and important Australian industry which i think BIS falls into... fuel refining package etc.

It is a risky play. On the one hand you can't just not comment, but you can not also imply the responses were not truthful or had vested interests, without off-siding said customers. Let's see how this plays out over the next 2 months. I have still not bought in despite the dip since this thread opened.
