The Chairman’s report regarding their departure “theirchoices to move on are understood and respected” implies BIS are moving in a different direction, yes, it might be to do with Malcolm and it won’t necessarily be good for shareholders.
The Chairman's work history together with Malcolm's clout in Bisalloy suggests to me they're going private.
