What is your opinion on the fact that both law firms don't disclose adjustments to reconcile with cash with their WIP?
I know benfool have said law firms don't want others to know about their actual case fees and all that, but adjustments simply tell us their track record with their previous predictions, without actually revealing to us any secret details of their case fees etc. I will contact Shine on Monday and see what they say about this, hopefully they have a good reason.
