None of the flags are actually flags against Shine. It's just flags against his lack of knowledge. I can explain every flag he bought up. I just can't be bothered since I think it should be obvious to most here, and if not, you can figure it out by reading the stuff that is posted here or actually going through the annual report and supporting material.

Guys like that really give a bad name to Ben Graham and co. They started the website and wrote article because they claimed to be Graham's disciples, yet they are releasing after the fact sensationalist shallow arguments.
