great post Dunk. I was actually a bit glad to see the US markets down last night. I must admit I haven't made a trade all week and I honestly didn't think I'd get a chance. Just kept chasing it 5 cents below the bid. It looks like all my down ramping friends are waiting for something to cry about and as for trading it looks like someone is slowly picking them up, hence the slow rise. I would bet it's one of the "big 3". Remember they are all at less than 14.9% now with the issuing of more shares. Why not top up now with no FIRB drama I guess and lower their entry cost??

As for me I will hope for a nice drop this morning and would love to buy a nice chunk by noon. The brokers will then look at the US futures as they always do and if they see they're up the market will turn. I figure the All Blacks would be as qualified to trade stocks in this country!
