He was the driving force that took this company from nothing to where it was.

In fairness to OH,it would have been a very tiring and exhausting journey.He was probably burnt out.

If anyone can actually confirm that they do have $1.2 billion in cash,then it would be a cheap buy at these levels one would think.

If they don't, it is probably dead money for a few years at least.
