Yes anything is possible - there could be an announcement today. However, in the Sol situation there was already a binding contract. In this situation, they still don't have a binding agreement. The launch isn't price sensitive without a binding agreement. People seem to think that the launch automatically equates to a binding agreement but this isn't necessarily the case. That is also why the volume has been muted - the market is still waiting on the contract to be signed.
