Does anyone one really take the ASIC charges seriously?? To me it seems fairly obvious that any good defence team will quash the weak allegations.

1- there is underwhelming evidence to support the accusations

2-there is strong evidence to show that the business benefitted

3- how can you prove what someone is thinking

If they think that they can prove this beyond reasonable doubt then they need to stop smoking those magic sticks, because it ain't going to happen in my honest opinion.
