I think a presentation would be a good idea. This demerger vote is very significant and I think directors should be reaching out to shareholders through all standard means, including presentations. Some people prefer listening to reading. I prefer reading though...

However, the problem with presentations is there's always a time limit and it may not be possible to cover everything in detail. People should at least read the Overview section of the Prospectus; this way they'll be able to follow the discussion closely and won't have to take up valuable Q&A time asking very basic questions.
