Why would 95% of shareholders not genuinely appreciate an opportunity to hear from the Board/ CEO? Yes, we have been sent a letter and we have been given the opportunity to read the prospectus detailing the proposed demerger but surely shareholders would welcome a zoom presentation or alike prior to the vote? As has been discussed numerous times, there are many shareholders out there that have been financially smashed by this suspension so I think it would be very appreciated. This is not a trivial move by the company.
