It is starting to seem rather crazy that it's dragged on this long, without more clarity for shareholders. Especially in light of subsequent examples of wrong-doing by other companies all over the place.
Obviously I (and many others) are hoping for either a resolution to all this, or markedly clearer explanations as to why this situation is even occurring. I have to imagine there are smoking guns waiting to come out in the wash sometime soon. Failing that, it does feel like a rather disproportionate and over-complicated response.
Regardless of who is at fault, the situation seems overly secretive - which I understood a little at first. But given it's been over a year now, with no ability to trade anyway, I'm understanding it less.
