    No country, no bourse has the frameworks to completely eradicate dodgy companies. All intellectually capable investors understand this risk when they invest. Can it be better? Yes, it can be improved on, but how can progress be made when we have people like you guys?????? Who are prepared to defend bad people and bad entities purely for money...
