Reality is that ISX/JK is engaged in 4 separate cases:
With a past business associate.
With the bourse. Progress delayed because ISX has amended its SOC three times and counting.
With the regulator.
With the media. Progress delayed because JK filed for assisted mediation.
Can you fit anymore cases in there?
Here is a question: If you have no money invested in ISX, would you be defending it?
