OK you tell us, how did Visa AU obtain data from Visa EU seeing as ISX was not a member of Visa AU? ISX's AU membership is with Visa Worldwide? You would think Asic would have obtained this information form Visa worldwide not Visa AU?
If you don't know or understand the question, I will volunteer an answer - Asic and Visa are so warm and cosy with their relationship, they forgot to get their act together on this one.
