Well court case will take a while and don’t know what comes out of it. For me it looks like the investment is a loss. It is us who will lose at the end and even penalty if it happens will not recover our costs.
JK will move on to to his new NSX venture and we will be left with paper.
Hopefully truth comes out and culprit are punished and locked in the jail.
ASIC should complete the investigation and make a decision one way or other. Twelve more mths is enough time.
