I'm a mighty long way off borrowing 1.6M it would be nice to be able to ....but then again bloody hell i could do without the added stress that would bring!
By redrawing a small potion back off our mortgage we have put ourselves in a postion that if ISX hits $2.10 a share our entire portfolio is paid for
If ISX was to hit $19 a share our entire mortgage would be paid off
If ISX hits $40 well we can KDRB and have it fully paid off ......... but lets just hit and hold $2s first
