If you have a long term horizon don't let it bother you.

If you have read all the reports, and understand the financials, you should feel pretty comfortable.
With no debt, customer numbers steadily growing, and that healthy gross profit margin, the company is in a great position to deliver.
EBIT this year should hit the predicted target, and next year probably triple or quadruple this years result.

People just need do the maths.
