the performance shares imo is a non-issue. at the time they vested/allocated Sept 5th 2018, the share price was 17c.........and not $1.50 or $1.00 as is the share price now. So therefore there was nothing out of the ordinary regarding the issue of those shares. The debate now should be what market cap is appropriate for this company. Personally i am ill equipped to guess, but there are many others on this forum that are.
