I think the lack of the ADI license is possibly an anchor on the price. Trading for Wednesday is all but done. Friday next week is the last trading day of the qtr and yet it still hasn't landed!

Can't attest to how important ADI actually is to the underlying business but they've pumped it up a bit over the last three or more quarters saying it's coming and it has yet to arrive and this qtr is almost done. If it doesn't land before the close next Friday it might get ugly for a bit.
