What investors are waiting on with these updates, are what's known as controlled type announcements.

As the name implies, iSignthis has control over when to release the information to market. Solong as the information stays within the relevent guidelines to keep the timing / release in the companies control.

Controlled announcements are always timed to benefit the company and it's shareholders, as management obviously know the bigger picture the market doesn't. So although the waiting game has this sp creep effect ond makes ripples in the mindset of investors, it really only creates a blip / slows / adjusts the shareprice for a short time. Longterm the benefit of being able to time an announcement outweights the disruptive effect.

JK as we all know is the ultimate tactician, whatever he does is always moving the company and the shareprice forward.

Thanks tradealot. Great analysis. I only just jumped onboard early last week after some reading and thought this company has got pretty good potential. Hopefully, things will get better once the update gets released.
