ISX pay is only going to be a what I would call an obligatory announcement.
In fact, I think they have already partnered up with a lot of organization in the EU to specifically start offering these services.
There is a core market for what stripe is and I think ISX is in advanced stage in EU to take the market that stripe so much needs. The payment processor has already started in EU I believe although we will hear about it at an opportunistic time.
I track a lot of data from ISX so here are some dots I joined.
In the latest T and C update from ISX quite a few nuggets are left which were omitted from the previous version of T and C.
