Excerpt from the recent communication regarding listing in Europe:

"SP1 Holders
If as a Southern Cross Payments Ltd (SP1) holder at the date of demerger in
October 2021 you still have not updated your details at Automic, then you should
do so now.

At the AGM last month that I attended, Tim Hart said that Computershare, not Atomic, should be, contacted regarding Southern Cross Payments (SP1) holders. This is correct as I have just been onto Computershare and have updated my details, as well as Atomic for ISX.

What happens if we don't want to proceed with this plan? I don't want to go further down Karantzis' rabbit hole and would prefer to wash my hands of the whole horrible mess.
