made me think about 2 things:
AAT... until shown otherwise i will assume that nsx made another application to asic but asic said no again.... and just tightened up their reasons for no.
dess and clearpay.... government licensing for use in any country aside this stuff is just software..... some of it aiming at the holy grails of future exchange problems with data processing........ and yet nobody financial worldwide so far has shown any interest in buying/licensing/using even a part of the software.
