No, it's nothing like that. No one is forcing any shareholder to sell, even if we float on a new exchange. You can keep holding, there will just be an open market for it.

It's actually like a body corporate banning anyone in a unit complex from selling their apartment because "the market is down and we don't want the price low". No one is forcing you to sell. No one is forcing JK to sell. No one is suggesting we do a huge capital raise at a discount. In fact, if you think your unit is worth more than other people, you could even buy someone else's unit cheap!

That's what's happening here. We aren't listed, and JK is saying we don't want to list because the market isn't nice. That is irrelevant. And any suggestion that the market will be better for IPOs in early 2023 is ludicrous. IPOs are risky, and the market will be anti-risk for 2 or 3 years yet.

This, of course, is fine for JK, because he is clearly unable to get us listed anywhere. It's called an "excuse". If he could get us listed, "markets are down" is not a reason not to be publicly traded.

Well if you would rather have us trade under such circumstances because you prefer liquidity, sell me your shares for the 1 cent and get done with. If you personally wouldn’t sell for that price then shut up and let those who hold and want such market conditions to come forth and sell their holdings to me.
