I think it is obvious why they are kicking the can down the road on all things ISX/SP1/JK for one reason.

Staving off the outcome of the only serious matter. The Visa/ASIC/asx handling of the Isignthis European Privacy Data.

In my opinion, iIt is the reason nobody turned up to the contest/trial to say anything was even remotely true. Nobody wanted to discuss the (mis)handling. Investigating 101 says that ASIC clown should have called the UK FCA when he seized the data, instead of sneakin' around distributing it all, all over the place.

How many clowns turned up here shouting out a merchant's name, never heard before in this Country and implying they were dirty. LOL.

The ASIC distributioin list will have been of great interest. But we didn't get to see it.
